If for any reason you are not satisfied, within 30 days of receiving your order, return your merchandise to us in it's original packaging with a completed return form. Changing or Canceling Your Order / Material Fees After you have clicked "Submit Order", your order begins to process. Since our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible, there will be a $5 cancellation fee. You may change / update your order simply by emailing our customer service dept. Since our items are made to order, there will be a 15% material fee on returns. Damages If your item is damaged in transit, please return damaged product along with a completed claim form. We will send out a replacement upon the receipt of the return. |
