Your satisfaction is very important to us.We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, within 30 days of receiving your order, return your merchandise to us in it's original packaging with a written explanation for the return. All sales final on custom orders. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable! Auction Sales : please see auction details. same conditions do not apply to auction sales as to website sales. We are not responsible for any damages which occur during transit. All items are in perfect condition when they leave our shop, what happens then is out of our control, therefore the purchase of shipping insurance during checkout is highly recommended. Changing or Canceling Your Order After you have clicked "Submit Order", your order begins to process. Since our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible, there will be a $5 cancellation fee. You may change / update your order simply by emailing our customer service dept. Damages If your item is damaged in transit, please return damaged product along with a completed claim form. We will send out a replacement upon the receipt of the return. Refunds will be available only for damaged items where shipping insurance was purchased.. |
