MATLOCK WOODWORKS SHIPPING POLICY We are not your typical retailer. All of our items are custom and hand-made to order. We do not keep an inventory. Items are shipped when complete via USPS or UPS. Build times are typically 10-15 business days. Build times may be longer during certain times of year (holidays etc.) which pushes back shipping times. All standard orders are filled in the sequence in which they are received. Rush orders have priority and will ship within 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers will be sent via email to the email address on file at the time of shipment. Transit times can be anywhere from 1-6 business days depending on destination and service used. The weight and size of the item(s) ordered will determine shipping company type/price and our handling fees. Please allow extra time for custom or special orders. Shipping quotes on custom orders are estimates only and are subject to change. We are not responsible for any damages which occur during transit. All items are in perfect condition when they leave our shop, what happens in transit is out of our control, therefore the purchase of shipping insurance during checkout is highly recommended. Without the purchase of insurance we can only offer an exhange for damaged merchandise. Please see our reutrn policy for more info.
