MATLOCK WOODWORKS SHIPPING
POLICY
We are not your typical
retailer. All of our items are hand crafted and built to order. We
do not keep an inventory. Orders are shipped when complete via USPS
or UPS. Standard build times are typically 15 business days.
Build times may be longer during certain times of year (holidays etc.)
which pushes back shipping times. All standard orders are filled in
the sequence in which they are received. Tracking/Delivery Confirmation numbers will be sent via email to
the email address on file at the time of shipment. Transit times can
be anywhere from 1 - 6 business days depending on destination and
service used. The weight and size of the item(s) ordered will determine
shipping company used. Please allow extra time
for custom/special orders.
